OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE for any reason will be charged as the following;

1st occurrence- $35.00

2nd occurrence- 50% appointment fee

3rd occurrence - 100% appointment fee.

ALL appointments within 1 hour or less notice or do not attend their appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. Thank you for your understanding and respect.

All appointments must be secured with a credit card on file in accordance to this cancellation policy. We will never charge your credit card otherwise.

If you are needing to cancel within 24 hours please email glenmoremassagetherapy@gmail.com and call 778-478-2248 - if enough notice is given and the appointment is able to be filled you will not be charged.
