Allie is currently in her final year of the Registered Massage Therapy program and will be graduating in early August. She will be taking the CMTBC Board Exams this fall and upon completion will officially be a certified RMT before the new year. In the meantime, Allie is excited to join the Glenmore Massage Therapy team to continue her education and further her skills in preparation for the board exams. 

 

Allie discovered her passion for Massage Therapy throughout her time playing various sports, where she would receive massage for injury prevention, recovery and maintenance. Allie also became pregnant during RMT school and has experienced first hand the many changes the body endures and gained a new outlook on the body itself. She is excited to begin her professional career by working with a wide variety of patients and taking on all challenges that come her way. 

 

Allie also holds a B.Sc. degree in Sports Administration from Castleton University in Vermont, where she was also a member of the Women’s Hockey Team for four years. After university, Allie moved to Kelowna in 2014, has since met and married her husband Riley and last year they welcomed their new baby girl, Whitney. Allie's free time is usually spent studying, playing with her daughter or enjoying the sunny outdoors.
